Are your products limited edition?
Many are. Our collaboration drops (marked with ‘X’) and specific seasonal collections are often produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity. Core 6PM+ items, hoodies, and crewnecks are more consistently available. For the latest drops, check the COLLECTIONS or NEW ARRIVALS menu.
Where can I find past collections or sold-out items?
Head to the ARCHIVE section in our menu. It’s your gateway to past drops and rare pieces from the 6PM universe.

Where do you ship from and how long does processing take?
All orders are hand-picked and prepared at our hub: 4990 Newton Street, St Cloud, US 56301. Processing takes 1-2 business days before your gear hits the road.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we connect our global community with fast, reliable shipping. However, we currently cannot ship to some remote regions and parts of Asia. The final shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your drop every step of the way.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Not your vibe? We get it. You can initiate a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds. For a different size or item, please place a new order once your return is processed. This ensures you secure the piece before it’s gone.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
