Just as we prioritize transparency in how we handle your data, we believe in a clear, no-complexity return process. This policy outlines how to return or exchange items so you can get back to chasing the next dropâwhether it’s from 6PM x TRUE RELIGION, 6PM RECORDS X YUNG HURN, or our core 6PM+ essentials.
đ THE 6PM RETURN FLOW: FAST & STRAIGHTFORWARD
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange. All returns must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
1. INITIATE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE
Start the process by contacting our support team. Speed is keyâjust like our checkout.

- Include the details listed in the template below to expedite your request.
2. RETURN REQUEST EMAIL TEMPLATE
Copy, paste, and fill out this template. Keep it cleanâjust like our designs.
3. RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS & SHIP IT BACK
- Weâll respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid/self-ship return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Drop the package at the designated carrier (typically DHL, FedEx, or EMS, depending on your region).
4. REFUNDS & CREDITS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after the item is received at our facility.
- Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: If exchanging for another item, weâll process the new order once the return is received. Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a return shipping fee may apply.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To protect the integrity of our drops and collaborations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Archive & Limited-Edition Drops: Items from ARCHIVE collections or explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Limited Run.”
- Collaborative & Special Releases: Products from highly exclusive collaborations such as 6PM RECORDS X YUNG HURN, 6PM X SLAWN, 6PM X VERTABRAE, and 6PM X COD, unless defective.
- Accessories & Intimate Items: All products listed under ACCESSORIES for hygiene reasons.
- Event-Specific Gear: Items from 6PM VS NFL or 6PM SPORTS that are customized or produced in limited quantities for specific events.
- Damaged or Altered Items: Any item not in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
*Defective or incorrectly shipped items from these categories will be replaced or refunded upon verification.
6. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Our community is global. For returns outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DHL or FedEx, as used in our Standard Shipping).
- Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method.
