Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination customs processing. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind.

🔄 THE 6PM RETURN FLOW

Fast & straightforward. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3 RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS & SHIP IT BACK

We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid/self-ship instructions.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Drop the package at the designated carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS, depending on your region).

4 REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after the item is received at our facility.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Timeline: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: If exchanging, we’ll process the new order once the return is received. Price differences will be charged/refunded.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for defective/incorrect items. A return shipping fee may apply for change-of-mind returns.

To protect the integrity of our drops and exclusive collaborations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Archive & Limited-Edition Drops: Items from ARCHIVE collections or marked “Final Sale” / “Limited Run”.
  • Collaborative & Special Releases: Products from exclusive collabs like 6PM RECORDS X YUNG HURN, 6PM X SLAWN, 6PM X VERTABRAE, 6PM x COD, 6PM X TRUE RELIGION, 6PM X YUNG HURN.
  • Accessories & Event Gear: All products listed under ACCESSORIES (hygiene), and customized/limited items from 6PM VS NFL or 6PM SPORTS.
  • Damaged or Altered Items: Any item not in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

*Defective or incorrectly shipped items from these categories will be replaced or refunded upon verification.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Our community is global. For returns outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on the return shipment.
