Welcome to 6PM Season—a fusion of Streetwear, Sound, Sport, and Seasonless style. Our website, buy-cheapclothing.com, and services are designed for a global, culturally-engaged audience that values exclusive drops, collaborative releases, and premium streetwear.

By accessing our site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping & Returns policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

3.1 The 6PM Drop Model

We operate on a drop-based model. Products from collections like A/W24 DROP, 6PM RECORDS, 6PM SPORTS, and exclusive collaborations (e.g., 6PM X VERTABRAE, 6PM X YUNG HURN) are released in limited quantities and for a limited time.

3.2 Product Information

We strive for accurate representation of our products in images and descriptions. However, slight variations in color or detail may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or product availability. Order confirmation via email is not a guarantee of shipment.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars). We accept the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and PayPal.

You authorize us to charge the total amount (product price + shipping + any applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of order placement. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.3 Sales Tax & Customs Duties

For orders within the United States, applicable sales tax will be added at checkout. For international orders, you are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees imposed by your country. We do not collect these fees and cannot advise on their amount.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia due to carrier restrictions. Our shipping process is built for speed.

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Tracked.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Shipped via EMS. Delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays once the package is with the carrier.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

• Eligibility: You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return/exchange for non-final sale items. Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] with the required information. We will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
• Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
• Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for defective/incorrect items. A return shipping fee may apply for change-of-mind returns on eligible items.

All content on this site—including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, images, audio, video, the “6PM Season” name, and all collaborative collection names (e.g., 6PM X VERTABRAE, 6PM RECORDS)—is the exclusive property of 6PM Season or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express prior written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6PM Season, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any content obtained from the service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Delays or failures in delivery due to factors outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to 6PM Season for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or the website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Stearns County, Minnesota.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We move at the speed of the drop and reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
